With FAITH FAMILY FIRST as my motto, I look to revive the family by setting their hearts apart towards God by His Word and Wonders.
In this day and age we are to pursue holiness and peace, for without it we will not see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). Also, according to 1 Peter 1:16, our lives are to be set apart: “Be holy as I am holy.”
So, with a range of educational activities, printables, and faith content, we hope to encourage and equip families with the tools and resources to behold Christ Jesus, which stirs up faith toward living blessed holy lives.
The Word of God & His Wonders, which is His goodness & beauty, guides our faith. Faith that is formed by His Word & Wonders threads and strengthens families together in true beauty- that is His holiness. His Word directs thinking and the ways we should go, which is far above all human counsel.

Our very own Pop-up Shop!
We are so happy to announce our POP-UP SHOP.
For a long while I have been playing with the idea to head out to the markets again, and now that the kids are older, hitting the markets will be a great endeavour starting 2026.
I had sooo many ideas for our stall, until POP POP LITTLE SHOP hit home for us…
I wanted something happy & child-like, so that my kids could identify with it. I felt in my heart that we had to begin to play with ideas that are fun and playful.
Then fast forward after a lot of brainstorming, my kids kept singing that Checker’s stickies jingle, “Pop, pop, little shop”- and so it stuck!
Not only that, but it hits home: Firstly, my kids love popping bubbles and feasting on popcorn. I mean what is better than snuggling up on the couch with a bowl of popcorn, or running outside blowing the biggest soap spheres you have ever seen?
Then, we have a Yorkie named Poppy, which we also call Pops. We love her to bits, she is a lot of fun and filled with cuteness. My kids can’t get enough of her doggy-howl that she ‘talks’ to us with, or her excitement to eat her dog food only if we play “fetch” with it!
Thirdly, the girls are quite creative; they love to draw, craft dolls (POP is Afrikaans for doll), mould clay, and we have a unique love for colours that pop!
Lastly, I myself also discovered a love for drawing and painting Poppies; they are such a happy, yet simple flower. I have been simply sketching them and also painting them on cards with watercolour. I could go more into flowers and how they relate to us and our faith, but I won’t bore you with that here, only that it has been my meditation.
Anyhoo, in short, I was leaning towards a pop-up shop that related to our happy family memories of our dog Poppy, my love for Poppy flowers, and things that all children love… things that go POP!
So, POP POP LITTLE SHOP it is!
Now! After much dreaming, we begin the work…
